I really love these shoes, I've gotten them (or something similar) in the past from Dance Connection. The only negatives I have to say is that they don't come in a wide (as far as I know), and I have wide feet. As such I've had them stretch them when I buy them at dance events, and they are great! Not sure if you can get them stretched if you mail order them.
I also find at dance events, they may not always have my size (I have somewhat uncommon size), as such why I give it 4 stars and not 5. If you have a more common size and not wide feet, they are probably going to be great for you!
This is my second pair, I have them in nude too. Danced all night, straight out of the box, LOVE LOVE LOVE THEM!!!
The only flaw is the insole is coming unglued a bit but I will find a way to tack it back down.

Well made, good quality shoe bag. Much nicer than the cloth bag I was using. There's a pocket on the outside and a couple in the inside for things like socks or playlists.

My order's color is different from the shoe I chose. At the Ballroom explosion on May 15, 2023, I made a special order, canceled it, then placed a new order. However, the color of the shoe is different - it's more gold than the mocha/caramel shade I wanted.
This was my daughter’s first “official” pair of dance shoes and she loves them. The sheep skin fits her feet well and provides support without being rough on her skin. She’s loves them!

The shag shoe is my go to dance shoe, I can't wear high heels.
Staff was completely focused on insuring a good fit. Excellent customer service. The shoes are comfortable without any break-in period even after several hours of dancing.
I’m very pleased with the purchase and quick delivery process. I wore my new shoes last nite for the first time. This is my first pair of dance shoes and I’m impressed. They are lightweight and fit perfect.
I’m guessing that the soles will break in and become easier to spin and turn.

the fit is perfect and the slight wedge gives just the right amount of support I need to dance all night! couldnt be more pleased with the shoes - will be getting the purple ones soon! Also would like to give special recognition to Melody - she spent so much time making sure I had the right fit - what an asset!
I bought the same exact shoes 11 years ago that were leather, and this time I went with the suede finish. I LOVE THEM and will always wear them for dancing :)
I have several of the hybrid shoes. Really like them. Good fit. Very friendly and helpful staff.
I had some custom comfort shag shoes made and ordered these on a whim because I liked the other ones so much. I use these mostly for WCS. These came fast, and are AMAZING shoes!! I have a narrow ankle and thin (top to bottom) foot. I always have to punch lots of extra holes, to shorten the straps, sometimes as much as 2 inches. These are totally adjustable, so fat feet and thin feet alike can get a fantastic fit!! They are attractive, comfortable, with sufficient support, fit well right out of the box, and are fast which is important to me. I can't recommend these highly enough! If they go on sale again I will be buying in several colors:)

I love these shoes. They are comfy, adjustable, and don't scuff like leather ones. This is my second pair. I would like more colors, though.
This dance shoe arrived within a couple days, fit well and is very comfortable.
I love these shoes. They are so comfortable and smooth. My first pair of black ones I got at the Tampa Line Dance Classic around 2011 or 2012, anyway, those shoes are still going strong. I found I need to wear a larger size because of a foot condition, so I bought my new Gray's and they are the best. Made well, look great. I will always buy my dance shoes from Dance Connection!
I thought it might take time to break in the shoes, but I did line dance practice for a half hour or more, and they felt fine! I have ordered boots and open-toed shoes from this company and I am very satisfied with all of them!
