We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom Fit Orthotics, Orthotic Covers, Sale items, Gift Cards, Soiled or Used shoes and boots cannot be returned. These sales are final. There are no exceptions to this policy. Items must be returned in completely new condition. To avoid damage try on shoes on a clean, soft surface. Please use the brown shipping box in which your shoes were shipped to you or similar box to make your return. The Customer is responsible for all shipping of returns and fees incurred. Please return your items by UPS, US mail, or other insured and traceable method to the address featured at the top of the invoice. We will not be held responsible for items lost in transit. Please enclose a copy of the sales invoice or credit card receipt and brief description explaining reasons for the return and actions wishing to be taken (i.e. Refund or Exchange). All returns arriving without such will have no action taken on the return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
