straps not made well

I have been ordering shoes from Dance Connection for years. In the past, I have always been satisfied with the product. As a matter of fact, I liked this style so much that I reordered it. This time, after wearing these shoes less than a dozen times, I find that the straps are already beginning to split. The rest of the shoe is fine, well made and comfortable, but without straps, the shoe is useless. i am disappointed.
