Dance Connection Return Policy
Custom Fit Orthotics, Orthotic Covers, Sale items, Soiled or Used shoes and boots cannot be returned. These sales are final. There are no exceptions to this policy. Items must be returned in completely new condition. To avoid damage try on shoes on a clean, soft surface. Please use the brown shipping box in which your shoes were shipped to you to make your return. The Customer is responsible for all shipping of returns and fees incurred. Please return your items by UPS, US mail, or other insured and traceable method to the address featured at the top of the invoice. We will not be held responsible for items lost in transit. Please enclose a copy of the sales invoice or credit card receipt and brief description explaining reasons for the return and actions wishing to be taken (i.e. Refund or Exchange). All returns arriving without such will have no action taken on the return.
